Merna Vind won the Golden Link’s Thursday Night Fundraiser door prize last week. It was an “April Flowers brings May flowers” theme, with a flowering plant, an umbrella, and a bottle of wine thrown in.
The Golden Link served deep-fried walleye with lemon and tartar sauce, coleslaw, baked potato with sour cream, buttered cauliflower, broccoli, carrot mix, a Hawaiian roll, and a lemon cream cheese cupcake. Next month’s Thursday Night Fundraiser will be an authentic Mexican dinner made by Merci Petersen. If you know Merci, you know it will be awesome!
