Michael Adam Blow – OBIT

Michael Adam Blow, age 40, born October 26, 1984 to Rodger and Dorothy (Schear) Blow in Crookston, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

Michael enjoyed camping, deer hunting, duck hunting, and fishing with his family, and enjoyed trap shooting with his nephews and nieces. He loved to help his nephew and buddies with baja trucks, and anyone with mechanics of a vehicle.
After graduating from Crookston High School, Michael worked at Woodmasters, Homark, Dahlgrens, Ross Farms, O’ Reilly’s, and was helping one of his buddies with farming. Michael, more affectionately known as “Bubbles” or “Bubs” by his beloved friends, was a helpful and caring friend.
Michael loved his family very much, and was excited for another niece to be born, due late April of 2025, and for his niece Kaylynn to graduate in May of 2025.

Michael is preceded in death by his father Rodger Blow; grandparents Thomas and Myrtle (Ganyo) Blow, and Laurel and Betty (Farden) Schear; nephew Thomas Steven Briggs; and good friend Paul Meyer.

Michael is survived by his mother and stepdad, Dorothy (Schear) Blow, and Kerry Renslen of Ozark, AL; siblings Barbara (Joseph Rodney) Goulet of Crookston, MN, Katherine (Roberto) Ibarra of Mentor, MN; nephews and nieces Allen (Erin) Wilson of Browning, MT, and Kyla Goulet (Steven Haugen), Kaylynn Goulet, Emmanuel Goulet, Jeremiah Goulet, Jessica Briggs, of Crookston, MN; great-nephews and nieces, Karter Wilson, MaKenzlie Wilson, Analise Wilson, of Browning, MT, and Evelyn Lopez, Dakota Laughery of Crookston, MN; close friends Vince Gonzales and Jeff Abeld; his aunts, uncles, and many more friends.

A memorial service for Mike’s family and friends will take place on Saturday, February 8 at Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home at 12:00pm, with visitation an hour before. The service will be livestreamed, the link to which can be found by going to www.stenshoelhouske.com/obituaries and following the prompts to Michael’s page.
