Muriel Theresa Sheridan – Obit

Muriel Theresa Sheridan, 95, of Shelly, MN passed away peacefully on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the Halstad Living Center in Halstad, MN.

Muriel was born to Edwin and Edna (Blix) Tronnes on July 30, 1927, in Shelly. She attended school near Shelly, MN. She married Donald Sheridan in 1971.

She enjoyed gardening, reading, and television. She loved animals and was very fond of the many pets she had over the years. She was active in her church, St. Petri Lutheran in Nielsville, MN, and worked at Riverview Health in Crookston, MN. She was devoted to the care of her husband, Donald who suffered for many years with diabetes.

She is survived by her son, William; daughter, Dawn (Gary) Duckett; grandchildren, Stacy and Shannon; and great-grandchildren, Austin, Madison, and Morgan.

Muriel is preceded in death by husband, Donald, her first husband, Raymond Morgan; her parents, Edwin and Edna; an infant brother; brother, Vernon Tronnes; and sister, Elaine Bergee.

Memorial Service: 11:00 AM, Friday, January 20, 2023 at Fredrikson-Ganje Funeral Home in Halstad, MN.

Visitation: One hour before the memorial service at the funeral home in Halstad.

Inurnment: St. Petri Lutheran Cemetery, Nielsville, MN.
