The Polk County Sheriff’s office has canceled the no travel advisory.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has announced that no travel is advised on the Highway 2 corridor or County Roads from all of Polk County from the Grand Forks to the Clearwater County line due to high winds and blowing snow. There is little to no visibility in open areas. With the approaching snow, the conditions will continue to deteriorate throughout the day. Motorists are advised to stay home if you can. If you must travel, use extreme caution.
