Notice is hereby given that the Crookston Housing & Economic Development Authority shall receive proposals at the CHEDA office located at 510 County RD 71, Crookston, MN 56716 until 2:00 PM Thursday, September 19th, 2024, for the construction of a single-family dwelling.
Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed mailing envelope or package, clearly marked “Proposal: Construction of Single-Family Home” on the outside. Interested parties may pick up a proposal packet at the CHEDA office, 510 County RD 71, Crookston, MN 56716, or are available at www.crookstonheda.com
This RFP does not obligate the Crookston Housing & Economic Development Authority to award a contract or complete the project, and the Crookston Housing & Economic Development Authority reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all proposals, to wave technicalities or irregularities, or to accept any proposal which in its judgment will be in the best interest of the public. The Crookston Housing & Economic Development Authority reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered in its best interest.
