OTTER TAIL POWER COMPANY PARTNERS WITH CROOKSTON TO PROMOTE ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Otter Tail Power Company, together with the city of Crookston, is partnering with Minnesota’s Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) to reduce energy use and save on energy costs. On Wednesday, May 29, energy outreach teams will visit several area businesses, including those located downtown, to share information about available energy-efficiency options.

“Businesses will be able to sign up for free energy-saving LED light bulbs, linear LED lamps, vending machine controllers, and onsite energy assessments,” said Otter Tail Power Company Energy Management
Representative Aaron Sigette. “The energy conservation measures will provide immediate bill reductions. And the free assessments offer more detailed recommendations, helping Crookston’s small businesses save energy and money and connecting them to program and rebate options that meet their specific needs.”

Crookston businesses interested in learning more or participating in this program should contact Sigette at 218-739-8409 or asigette@otpco.com.
