OVER 1,100 VOTES HAVE BEEN MADE FOR CROOKSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS REFERENDUM

The Crookston Public Schools public vote for the multiuse facility referendum is still going at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Since the last time, we updated the polling numbers, voters have continued to stream into the church to vote.

The election judges have now recorded over 1,100 votes for the referendum with under three hours remaining before the voting period ends at 8:00 p.m. tonight, where it will count the votes and include over 220 absentee ballots for the referendum.

The Crookston public referendum election will open at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church until 8:00 p.m. tonight. If any voters are still inside the building at 8:00 p.m., they can still cash their vote, but you will not be allowed inside once the doors close. After the doors close, the school district and election judges will begin counting the vote and say the public is welcome to watch the count to hear the official results as soon as they are announced.
