The Crookston Pirate Girls Swimmers finished eighth place out of eight teams at the competitive University of North Dakota High School Invitational at the Hyslop Sports Center Swimming Pool in Grand Forks, N.D.
Crookston’s Thea Oman continues to compete at a high level with a fourth-place finish in the 100 freestyle with a time of 58.25 and she also was part of the seventh-place 200 Medley Relay and she also had a seventh-place finish in the 200 freestyle. Oman was also on the eighth-place 200 Freestyle relay team to have four top 10 finishes in all four of her races.
Elizabeth Erdman had three top 10 finishes with the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay and she finished ninth place in the 100 Butterfly.
Madison Hoiland also had three top 10 finishes and was part of the 200 Medley Relay and the 200 Freestyle Relay and she had a tenth place finish in the 100 breaststroke.
