PIRATE TRACK TEAMS COMPETE IN WARREN-A-O INVITE

The Crookston Pirate Girl’s and Boy’s Track & Field teams competed on Friday in the Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Pony Invitational in Warren. 

GIRLS-
The Crookston Girls finished fifth place out of 11 teams with 50.5 points. West Marshall won the girl’s division with 167.5 points, 31.5 more than Thief River Falls.
Crookston was led by Cassie Solheim with two second-place finishes.  She finished second in the long jump and the 100 meters.  She was also on the fifth-place 4×100 and 4×200 relay teams.

BOYS-
The Pirate boy’s team finished 10th out of 10 teams with 18 points. The boys division was won by East Grand Forks with 173.76 points, 63.34 points better than Thief River Falls.
Crookston was led by the 4×800 relay team of Makoti Weber, Kahnen Hansen,
Rylan Lubarski, and Jayden Mulvey. Kahnen Hansen finished fourth place in the 3200 meters, and Makoti Weber finished fourth in the pole vault.
