Fire Calls –
The Crookston Fire Department responded to an alarm at 9:49 a.m. Friday, January 4 but were canceled en route by the alarm company.
The Crookston Fire Department responded to a report of furniture burning on the 400 block of North Central Avenue on Saturday, January 5 at 3:37 p.m. The fire was extinguished and the resident was informed that city ordinance does not allow the burning of furniture in the city.
Arrests –
The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the booking of the following individuals:
Sarah Jane Grandboise, 28 of East Grand Forks, on 5th-degree drug possession.
Michelle Dee May, 47 of Oklee, for misdemeanor failure to appear.
James Lee Curbello, 46 of Mahnomen, for misdemeanor trespassing.
