POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE RESPONDS TO CAR FIRE IN FOSSTON

On Friday, June 29 at approximately 9:42 p.m., the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle fire at the intersection of Granum Avenue and 2nd Street SE in the City of Fosston. The Fosston Fire Department and Essentia Ambulance Service also responded.

The vehicle, a 2003 GMC Yukon, was driven by Anthony Dickinson, 37, of Bagley.
A deputy was able to extinguish the fire. The fire department then extinguished any remaining hotspots. There were no injuries reported.
