PRIMARY ELECTION IS TUESDAY, AUGUST 13 – CROOKSTON VOTING INFO

The Primary Election will be held Tuesday, August 13 across the United States and Crookston will have two polling locations open for City residents to vote.

The two polling locations in Crookston are –

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (1214 University Avenue) – Wards 1, 2 and 6 vote
First Presbyterian Lutheran Church (510 North Broadway) – Wards 3, 4, and 5 vote

Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. “I want to let the public know that for the Primary Election, when you are going to vote, you need to be aware and know that you need to vote within the political party line,” said Crookston City Clerk Ashley Rystad. “What that means is that you can’t jump from one party to another like you can in the general election. This is more specific to voting within the political party line.”
