As of 4:00 pm today, the Red Lake River level at Crookston was 23.13 feet and is continuing to slowly recede. All services remain the same and the Crookston Emergency Operation Center will continue to monitor river levels, levee systems, and future weather predictions.
We are reminding residents to please stay away from the levee systems and temporary clay/sandbag embankments. As river levels recede, there is the potential that levee, and temporary embankment systems could be compromised which could create unforeseen public safety concerns.
For additional information and/or to report any high-water concerns, please call the Emergency Operation Center at 218-281-4363 or 218-281-4383.
