The Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a residential structure fire at 110 Main Avenue North in the City of Climax on Tuesday at approximately 1:00a.m. The Climax Fire Department, Crookston Fire Department, Crookston Ambulance Service and the Minnesota State Fire Marshal Division also responded.
There were no injuries resulting from the fire. The structure appears to be a total loss. At this time the cause of the fire is unknown. The Minnesota State Fire Marshal Division will be investigating the fire in an attempt to determine the cause. This case is under investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
