RiverView Health Auxiliary will be hosting a virtual Angel Tree. Like many other things this year, the Angel Tree for RiverView Care Center residents looks a little different.
The auxiliary created a wish list on Amazon in place of the usual tree decorated with angel ornaments displaying residents’ needs. These individuals are community members who are no longer able to participate in community holiday activities as they wish. The Angel Tree provides an opportunity to give back to people who have given so much in their lifetimes.
Items purchased from the Amazon wish list will be delivered to RiverView and wrapped by the Care Center staff for the individual to open on Christmas. If you would like to participate in this year’s Angel Tree, please use the link (here).
The auxiliary invites everyone to participate. At checkout, please select the ship to Kayla’s Gift Registry Address option, as this will ship it directly to RiverView Health. By participating, you will be bringing much joy to a resident who may or may not receive a present otherwise. You will also experience the true meaning of Christmas.
