This year, attendees will get to check out the new Mako robotic arm Dr. Brennen Smith will soon begin using for assistance in his joint replacement program for knees and hips. Many opportunities await healthcare professionals. According to a U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics survey, overall employment in healthcare occupations is projected to grow much faster than the average for all occupations from now to 2032. About 1.8 million openings are projected each year, on average, in healthcare occupations due to employment growth and the need to replace workers who leave the occupations permanently.
Registration forms are available on Riverview Health’s website.
Forms are due by July 23 to Stacey Bruggeman, RiverView Health, 323 South Minnesota Street, Crookston, MN 56716. For more information, contact Bruggeman at sbruggeman@riverviewhealth.org or call 218-281-9440.
