Congratulations to Lexie Huebner, director of Patient Financial Services (PFS), who was recently named RiverView Health’s 2023 Rookie of the Year. 
Huebner joined RiverView in May of 2023 and has brought a wealth of knowledge to RiverView’s revenue cycle and especially the PFS Team, shared Betty Arvidson, CFO.
“She has quickly gained the respect of her team as well as other leaders in the organization,” Arvidson said. “She has taken the PFS team to the next level by empowering them to be experts in their roles. She has been able to reevaluate the structure of the PFS team and has recruited staff that had the skills the team was lacking…We would not be where we are today without her solid leadership.”
