RiverView Health is again sponsoring classes for expecting parents. A series of four, two-hour classes offered on four consecutive Tuesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. will be held on Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28. The classes will include information on the stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques during labor and delivery, coaching instructions, a tour of the hospital rooms, baby care, breastfeeding and CPR.
All classes will be held at RiverView’s Home Care Building, 721 S. Minnesota Street. For those delivering at RiverView, the series is free. For those delivering elsewhere, the cost is $25. For more information or to pre-register, call the obstetrics department at RiverView at 218-281-9300.
