RSV, FLU, AND COVID UPDATE AND HOW TO STAY HEALTHY TIPS FROM PCPH’S SARAH REESE

The Minnesota Medical Association and several healthcare systems are warning Minnesotans about the growing RSV numbers in children statewide.  They also warned of respiratory illnesses such as influenza A and B.

Crowding in urgent care clinics and emergency departments, increased hospitalizations, and medication shortages are being reported across the state.

One easy way to combat RSV, flu, and colds is washing hands.   KROX’s Wyatt Morrell talked with Polk County Public Health Director Sarah Reese about RSV, Influenza, and COVID on Valley Talk on Friday, November 25 and the interview is below.
