SCOBEY’S PUB & GRUB CLOSING FOR WEEKEND, WILL HAVE CURBSIDE NEXT WEEK

Scobey’s Pub & Grub at the Crookston Inn will be closed for dining in beginning today and will go to curbside pickup only beginning Monday following Minnesota Department of Health contract tracing.

Owner Laurie Stahlecker said she was contacted today about the restaurant being a close contact as part of the state’s contract tracing for COVID-19. “Today we were contacted by the Department of Health that there has been some contact tracing back to the Crookston Inn for some customers that have eaten here and tested positive,” said Stahlecker. “Although those customers were both wearing their masks, other customers were wearing their masks, and our employees were wearing their masks, we just made the decision we’re going to close the restaurant for today and Saturday to clean. And then starting Monday for a week we are going to do curbside service only from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. just because the numbers are continuously spiking and I think it’s the moral right thing for us to do for our guests and employees. We’ll reassess it at that time.”
