SEVERAL ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED AND SANDBAGGERS STILL NEEDED

Updated 8:50 AM

Due to current road closures, to access the Woods Addition, the city has created two-way traffic on South Broadway from Loring Street to Houston Ave.

WE ARE STILL IN DESPERATE NEED OF VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH SANDBAGGING. Volunteers are asked to report to the City Street Shop at 319 3rd Ave South (please enter off of Sunflower).  Due to road closures, volunteers will need to use South Washington then west on Fairfax Ave to Sunflower.

We ask that residents stay away from these areas and the levee dike systems, and all areas where sandbagging and temporary dike locations are being erected.

For additional information and/or to report any high-water concerns, please call the Emergency Operation Center at 218-281-4363 or 218-281-4383.
