The region’s addiction and mental health services leader is expanding to Grand Forks. The ShareHouse sixteen-unit residential facility in Grand Forks is now open. The expansion project entitled ShareHouse Grand Forks will provide sixteen single occupancy rooms for both adult men and women who suffer from the disease of Addiction. In addition, the facility will offer high-intensity residential services, chemical use assessments, comorbidity Mental Health services, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) coordination. Additional amenities include patient lounges, an onsite gym, and telehealth services. Serving the tri-state region and beyond, ShareHouse Grand Forks will be a central point for patients starting their path towards recovery and a trusted resource for regional providers.
Dr. Steven Weiser, President of Altru Health System, stated, “Comprehensive support for those struggling with Addiction and Mental Health is imperative in a successful recovery.” He ended with, “The addition of a residential facility to support and treat individuals through their recovery journey is a need in our community.
