On Tuesday, February 25 the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force along with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the Brent Gerald Jevne residence in rural Strathcona in Marshall County. Agents seized approximately 71 grams of methamphetamine, multiple items of methamphetamine paraphernalia, a digital scale, and numerous rounds of ammunition.
Jevne was arrested and is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail on charges of:
- Count 1: 1st-degree possession of controlled substance (MSS 152.02.1(2)) with a maximum sentence of 40 years imprisonment, a $1 million fine or both
- County 2: Possession of Ammo or any firearm with a previous felony conviction (MSS 624.713.1(10)(1)) with a maximum sentence of 15 years imprisonment, a $30,000 fine for both.
On October 10, 2019, the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force had executed a search warrant at the Jevne residence in which agents seized approximately 65 grams of methamphetamine, $781 in U.S. currency, 13 firearms, numerous rounds of ammunition, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia.
At the time of the February 25 search warrant, Jevne was out on a $25,000 cash bond for the same charges.
