Susan Katherine Luce – OBIT

Susan Katherine Luce, 84, known by her family for her graciousness and kindness, passed away peacefully at home in Crookston with her loving family close by her side.  Susan was born on December 14, 1939, to adoring parents, Theodore and Myrtle (Cedarholm) Mills, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  For the past two years, Susan’s family felt incredibly blessed to be able to care for her in their home.  She has been described by her loved ones as an amazing healer, wonderfully creative, hysterically funny, patient, gentle, loving and accepting of all.  Susan always had a bright smile for everyone.  May we all learn from her calm and gentle spirit.

Left to mourn Susan’s passing are her children, Terry Erickson, and daughter, Catherine (Warren) Barstad; Grandchildren, Jessica Hall, and Sarah Barstad.  Susan knew Jesus and how much she was loved by him!  She touched so many lives in a positive way throughout her life and will be remembered and missed greatly by many.

Susan’s family will honor and celebrate her life privately at a later date.  Messages of condolence may be left for the family by visiting www.stenshoelhouske.com/obituaries and following the prompts to Susan’s obituary page.
