TRAVELING ART EXHIBIT TOURS NW MINNESOTA REGION, VISITS HALLOCK PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC) sponsors an annual Traveling Art Exhibit, which visits northwest Minnesota communities throughout the year.
