UPDATE: 1/15/20 2:50 p.m.  On January 15, contact was made by a Grand Forks Police Department officer with the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident. The Grand Forks Police were dispatched to a Train/ Vehicle crash at Demers Ave. & 42nd St., around 10:56 a.m. on Sunday, January 12.
