SAGNA AND MILLER NAMED UMC ATHLETES OF THE YEAR

The University of Minnesota Crookston celebrated the 2023-24 season at the second annual Regal’s Choice Award, hosted by the UMC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) last week in Kiehle Auditorium. UMC DROPS MATCH TO AUGUSTANA IN THREE SETS

The University of Minnesota-Crookston volleyball team ended a tough week on their schedule with a trip to Augustana on Saturday. The Golden Eagles put up a fight early but Augustana was too strong as they went on to win 3-0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-18) in a NSIC match played at the Elmen Center in Sioux Falls.

UMC VOLLEYBALL SIGNS A BRANDON-EVANSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL OUTSIDE HITTER

The University of Minnesota Crookston volleyball program announced the signing of Bailey Schaefer (OH, 5-9, Brandon, Minn./Brandon-Evansville H.S.) to a National Letter of Intent. Schaefer is the second signee for the Golden Eagles, joining Layne Whaley (DS/Lib., 5-8, Ashland, Neb./Ashland-Greenwood H.S.). Schaefer reached over 1,000 kills for her career, the first player in school history
