CITY COUNCIL ARGUES OVER TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO CHEDA THEY PREVIOUSLY APPROVED

WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE VOTES TO PARTIALLY FUND EPITOME ENERGY LOAN
