POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE RESPONDS TO VEHICLE FIRE

On September 9, at 8:22 p.m. the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol responded to a report of a vehicle fire on Hwy 2 West of Crookston. A utility truck was being pulled behind a dump truck when the rear tire caught on fire. The utility truck was engulfed in flames, upon arrival.

POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE RESPONDS TO UNUSED MUNITION ROUND IN RURAL CROOKSTON

Yesterday at approximately 1:56 P.M. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office was called to a rural Crookston residence for a suspected unused munition round found on the property.
