Three Crookston Freshman receive Superior ratings in the Region 8 Vocal contest

Three freshmen members of the Crookston High School concert choir participated in the 2026  Minnesota High School League Region 8 Vocal Contest in East Grand Forks on Wednesday.  All three received a Superior ranking for their judged performance.  Vocalists are judged in 8 categories – Tone, Quality, Intonation, Rhythm, Balance, Technique, Musicianship, Diction, Poise/Posture/Mannerisms.
