The Crookston Park Board will be on Monday, December 16 at 4:45 p.m. in the conference room at City Hall.  The agenda includes approving the November 18 minutes, the Natures View Estates Ponds, and the Crookston Sports Center Reserved Parking Drawing.

PARK BOARD RAISES RESERVED PARKING FEE FOR SPORTS CENTER, LIMITS TO ONE SPOT PER HOUSEHOLD

The Crookston Park Board met on Monday night and discussed the reserved parking spots at the Crookston Sports Center.  Parks and Recreation Director Scott Riopelle suggested the park board consider implementing a policy that limits spots to one per household unless all six reserved spaces aren’t sold.  They also considered the price with Mike LaFrance

PARK BOARD SUPPORTS PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT PURCHASE FOR ALEXANDER PARK

The Crookston Park Board met Monday night and after approving their September meeting minute they passed a resolution approving a $29,000 equipment purchase for Alexander Park, the last of the City of Crookston’s parks to get updated playground equipment.  The City of Crookston received over $15,000 in savings through their purchase group and fall sales.
