The Crookston Pirate Volleyball schedule has been released with 14 matches and the Section 8A playoff schedule is yet to be determined. The Crookston High School Athletic Department will hold Volleyball and Football practices for players grades 7-12. The Minnesota State High School League will allow volleyball and football to hold 12 practice sessions from September 14 to October 3. The Crookston Pirate Volleyball team held their end of the year banquet Sunday evening at the Crookston High School commons. The team received the Minnesota High School Volleyball Coaches Association Gold Academic award. Sophia Steiner and Kasey Cwikla were named Academic All-State.
