WAYS & MEANS SUPPORTS EPITOME ENERGY LOAN, LAND OPTION ONCE REGULATIONS ARE MET

During Monday’s nights Ways & Means Committee meeting, the recommended loan and land option by the Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) with Epitome Energy, LLC was discussed.  The committee voted to continue to move forward on the loan, and land option after due diligence and all statutory regulations are met.  City Attorney Charles

SUPERINTENDENT JEREMY OLSON ANSWERS QUESTIONS REGARDING HOCKEY CO-OPS

The Crookston School Board on Tuesday voted to dissolve their boy’s hockey co-op with Fisher and their girl’s hockey co-op with Fisher and Mayville-Portland.  They then reformed a girl’s hockey co-op with Mayville-Portland, Hatton and conditionally with Fisher to allow the one current player from Fisher to play out the rest of her high school

WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE WILL MEET TUESDAY FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL

The Ways & Means Committee will meet Tuesday immediately following City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  The agenda includes approving the May 13 meeting report, surplus items and both the arena lease and pool use agreement with the Crookston School District.
