The Minnesota Department of Health released the latest COVID-19 numbers and the state is reporting 805 positive tests and 5 deaths in the last 24 hours. There were 18,227 tests for a positive rate of 4.4%. Polk County reported three more positive tests for a total of 108. All the numbers are below. Updated daily

Crookston High School graduate, Kirk Rongen, was killed in an avalanche on Wednesday, January 15, while snowmobiling in Sawtooth National Forest in the Baker Creek drainage approximately a half-mile northeast of Baker Lake, Idaho.
