The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 5,339 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 46 deaths. The positive results were out of 48,915 completed tests for a positive rate of 10.9 percent. Polk County had 30 new cases and 2 deaths while Roseau County reported 15 cases, Marshall County – 13 cases and 1 death,
