The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting eight deaths and 414 new cases of COVID-19 today. The new cases come from just 8,858 tests for a positive rate of 4.7 percent. The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 717 new cases of COVID-19 from 12,296 tests, a 5.8 percent positive rate. They also report four additional deaths from COVID-19.
