Crookston City Council doesn’t approve Shostell, but decides to re-open the pool

SPECIAL MEETINGThe Crookston City Council met for a Special Meeting on Monday evening to appoint Joseph Shostell to fill the vacant At-Large Council Member seat.  The vacancy, declared on May 5, 2025, came following the written resignation of Tim Menard.  When it was time to approve Shostell as the At-Large Council Member, the motion failed
