GRAND FORKS YOUTH COMMISSION NAMED WINNER OF YOUTH ENDING STIGMA (YES) CHALLENGE

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum and First Lady Kathryn Burgum have selected the Grand Forks Youth Commission as one of 17 winners of North Dakota’s first-ever Youth Ending Stigma (YES) Challenge.
