CHRISTMAS WREATHS SET UP IN DOWNTOWN CROOKSTON

The City of Crookston began setting up Christmas decorations in downtown Crookston on November 20. The decorations consist of wreaths that are put on the light posts down Main, Broadway, 6th Street, and the Robert Street bridge. Superintendent of Crookston Public Works, Dave Lessard, said there are 85 wreaths, and they each have around 20

FOURNET BUILDING LOBBY LOOKS TO HOLD PROMOTIONAL DISPLAYS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

The Fournet building in downtown Crookston has seen many changes and renovations over the past two years. Most notably, the second level of the building holds all of the offices for the Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, while the third floor is where the Public Defenders are located. DOWNTOWN CROOKSTON SNOW REMOVAL WILL BEGIN AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT

Downtown snow removal on all City streets will take place beginning at 12:01 a.m. Monday night/Tuesday morning and will continue Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, barring unforeseen heavy snowfall or other emergencies. The city asks that residents please park in City parking lots. Vehicles on these streets will be towed if not moved.
