Motorists on Highway 2 between Fisher and East Grand Forks can expect lane closures as construction begins on July 12. The Crookston City Council met on Monday approving the bills and disbursements of $387,902.99 and approving the April 12 meeting minutes. The City Council unanimously passed a resolution ordering plans and specifications for the Central Park RV Campground. Councilman Tom Vedbraaten expressed concern that residents of Crookston weren’t sold on the idea of the campground.
