GRAND FORKS MAYOR BRANDON BOCHENSKI ISSUES EMERGENCY ORDER TO CLOSE BARS, RESTAURANTS, AND OFF-SALES AT 11PM – EGF TO ASK VOLUNTARY CLOSURE
