CHEDA BOARD PASSES RESOLUTION ENTERING LOAN AGREEMENT/BUSINESS SUBSIDY

The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) board met on Tuesday morning and passed a resolution approving a loan agreement between CHEDA and Epitome Energy which includes a business subsidy.  According to Executive Director Craig Hoiseth, Epitome Energy has verbally agreed to the loan agreement and the resolution will lead to the next step

CITY COUNCIL ARGUES OVER TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO CHEDA THEY PREVIOUSLY APPROVED

The Crookston City Council met on Monday night and had tense moments after Councilman Clayton Briggs pulled a resolution to transfer $150,000 to the Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority from the consent agenda.  Monday’s meeting showed not all Council Members knew what they were voting on at last week’s Ways & Means Committee meeting

EGAN INFORMS CHEDA ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF UPCOMING ANNOUNCEMENTS ON SEPTEMBER 5
