The Crookston High School Knowledge Bowl teams competed in the Sub-Section Knowledge Bowl Tournament on Tuesday in Thief River Falls. Crookston had two teams competing and both teams had awesome performances. Crookston Blue finished in 2nd place (Ethan Lanctot, Leah Johanneck, Lily Olmstead, Xavier Mason, and Ben Capistran) and Crookston Gold finished in 7th place

The Crookston High School Senior High Knowledge Bowl competed in its first meet of the season. Roughly half of the eleven students competing were new to the senior high level, but that didn’t stop them from doing well! Out of 37 teams, Crookston placed and gained great experience! On Wednesday, March 5, the senior high Knowledge Bowl teams went to sub-sections at the University of Minnesota Crookston. The Blue Team took 6th place, and the Gold Team took 13th place! Only the top nine schools at Wednesday’s meet move on so the Crookston Blue Team will move on to Sections in two weeks. Congratulations
