RIVERVIEW HEALTH TO EXPAND REHAB SERVICES TO FERTILE

LIGHTNING CAUSES SMALL FIRE AND DAMAGE TO ELECTRONICS AT A HOME IN FERTILE

On Monday, June 7 at approximately 11:36 p.m., Polk County deputies responded to 301 Washington Ave NE in the City of Fertile for a report of a possible structure fire. POLK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVE SELF-STORAGE FACILITY SOUTH OF FERTILE

The Polk County Commissioners met on Tuesday morning and approved four conditional use permits.  Two of the permits were for septic systems for garages/shops at lake homes.  Another permit was for the construction of an accessory structure/shop, and the fourth permit was for the construction of self-storage sheds just outside of Fertile.
