The Crookston School Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 13 at 4:00 p.m. in the Crookston High School Choir/Orchestra room. The agenda for the meeting is to approve an application for Dissolution of Cooperative Sponsorship for Girls Hockey with Crookston/Mayville/Hatton/Sacred Heart, and then approve an application for cooperative sponsorship for Girls
The application period is now open for the Lenertz Family Healthcare Scholarship and the Roger and Lois Samuelson Family Scholarship through the RiverView Foundation. The Polk County Soybean & Corn Growers and their checkoff dollars support their schools by promoting agriculture through book donations. When school resumes, the growers donate agricultural educational books to elementary schools in Crookston, East Grand Forks, Fosston, Mentor, Fertile, and Fisher. The endeavor aims to show the value of agriculture by increasing agricultural literacy
