CHEDA BOARD APPROVES SEVERAL B3 GRANTS PENDING FUNDING FROM CITY COUNCIL

The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) Board approved five Building Better Business (B3) program grants, four of them pending the program’s continued funding by the Crookston City Council on Monday night. EVERS READY TO FLIP FROM DEMO TO CONSTRUCTION, PUBLIC DEFENDERS MOVE INTO FOURNET

Developer Jeff Evers has completed one phase of construction in the Fournet Building with the old Four Seasons Store on the southeast corner now housing office space.  Last week The Ninth District Public Defenders moved into that space which will serve as their temporary home until construction is complete on the second and third floors.

THIRD FLOOR DEMOLITION SET TO BEGIN AS FOURNET BUILDING GAINS ANOTHER TENANT
