Nothing is more important than keeping our children safe, especially when they are on their way to and from school. We sat down with Highland Elementary Principal Chris Trostad to hear about a new program to do just that: keep our children safe as they come to school and head home from school each day.
Next Thursday, October 10, Highland Elementary School in Crookston is going to be taking part in a safe walk, bike, and roll-to-school day. The Highland Elementary School All-Inclusive playground in nearing completion and should be ready for kids to use in October according to Principal Chris Trostad. “All of the equipment has been installed; it’s ready to go,” said Trostad.
