The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has reopened Highways 220 and 317 north of Oslo. The road was previously closed due to flooding. Highways recently reopened: Highway 220 between Highway 1 and Highway 11 Highway 317 between Highway 220 and North Dakota border There is currently a seven-ton load limit until Wednesday, June 22. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reopened Highway 175 from Kittson County Road 34 to North Dakota Border after repairs have been completed. Motorists on Highway 75 will experience a detour between Donaldson and Stephen, beginning Tuesday, May 28 for a culvert replacement project. Traffic will detour onto Highway 11 and Marshall County Roads 5 and 13. The $1.1 million project is expected to last through July.
