The Minnesota Department of Transporation has reopened Highway 1 west of Red Lake along with many other highways in Norhtwest Minnesota. The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol has enacted a road closure on Highway 317 from Highway 220 to the North Dakota border due to water over the road.
