Crookston High School’s Math Counts team finished second place and Emma Gunderson won the event in the Thief River Falls competition on Friday. Three Crookston students finished in the Top 10 individually with Emma Gunderson winning the competition, Nathan Johanneck – 8th place, and Isabelle Smith placed 10th out of 65 students. As a team
The middle school team at Crookston High School has implemented a new program called the P.I.R.A.T.E. (Pride, Improvement, Respect, Academics, Teamwork, Excellence) awards for seventh and eighth graders this school year. Crookston High School held it’s talent show Friday afternoon. The winning group was Cream Soda – Abby Borowicz, Emma Borowicz, Halle Winjum, Hayden Winjum, Emma Gunderson.
